I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing, particularly Dinesh, the restaurant manager, who was helpful in assisting me with my vegan preferences. The hotel facilities were great, and everything was spotlessly clean. Even the breakfast was really good, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location was central and easily accessible.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel was really accommodating for my vegan needs. the restaurant manager Dinesh was especially helpful with selecting dishes that were purely vegetarian with no animal products. I really appreciated his understanding and eagerness to help. the location was great, it was easy to access the city and explore the area. the rooms also had electronic locks which was a cool feature.
Although this wasn't a big issue for most people, it was an annoying sound for me.

The food was delicious and the restaurant manager was very helpful with my dietary restrictions. , the location was convenient for exploring the town.
We experienced frequent power outages during our romantic escape which was frustrating. the electronic room locks beeped loudly after the power came back on and it was a hassle to call the front desk to have them fix it.

The occasional beeping sounds from electronic room locks can be irritating which might affect the most hyper, sensitive guests.
